Yoga
CasaVive's holistic approach includes our clients' mental as well as physical health. Yoga allows our clients to practice relaxation and mindfulness while building connections with other class members.
Restorative Yoga
Monday 715pm - 815pm

Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more. Restorative yoga often uses props like folded blankets, blocks, or bolsters. These props help support your body and allow you to deepen the pose and more fully relax your body. Restorative yoga is gentle and generally considered safe for most people.

Our Yoga Teacher
Antonietta has over 10 years experience in practicing yoga. Her journey began with focusing on the physical strength of the practice but soon she discovered a deeper meaning of yoga, exploring the connection between breath and movement. She followed her journey of self-discovery by practicing and exploring a range of styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, then finally took the leap of faith and completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 at Anjeli Yoga Teaching Academy under the umbrella of Hatha Yoga. She has branched off to teach Vinyasa which is a focus on strength and breath work. With her creative sequences and alignment cues, Antonietta aims to cultivate a mindful experience, and build physical and mental strength in her students, energizing both body and mind. She always open and close my practice with affirmations and meditation.
